Pi Verd is a pretty community of Iberic style villas. The communal gardens surround the small groups of villas with lawn, shrubs and pine trees, which gives plenty of sun and shade. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by pine trees and lawn and is shaped in a figure of 8 with one part being shallow and the other deeper. The whole community is enclosed and with the large communal areas is ideal for children.
The beach is an easy 800m walk and is a huge 3,5km sandy beach with sand dunes and plenty of beach and sea activities. There is also a super walk to reach other restaurants and small shops. The golf club is a short 5 mins walk and the tennis club a little further at 15 mins. There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants at the beach.

There is a shower room with WC and a washing machine on this level, one bedroom with a single bed.
